Appointment & Cancellations
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee at the discretion of the provider. This policy allows our team to serve all clients efficiently and maintain availability for those on our waitlist.
Deposits
Starting January 1, 2026, a $50 deposit will be required to reserve all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your visit.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Appointments adjusted more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time to a future visit, at the provider’s discretion.
Age Requirements
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments.
Minors receiving skincare services must have parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment.
Consent Forms
All clients are required to complete and sign medical and treatment consent forms prior to receiving services. This ensures your safety and allows our providers to deliver the highest level of care.
Payment
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds & Returns
- Services: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on treatments already performed.
- Products: Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within a limited time frame.
- Packages & Gift Cards: All package purchases and gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Medical Conditions & Contraindications
Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical conditions must consult with their physician prior to receiving treatment. Certain services may not be recommended based on medical history, medications, or contraindications.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate, please notify your provider before your appointment.
Treatment Outcomes
Results may vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment. While our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and natural-looking results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Client compliance with pre- and post-care instructions is essential for optimal results.
Right to Refuse Service
For safety and professionalism, Ziba Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is not an appropriate candidate for treatment or does not follow studio policies.
Your Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, receiving services, or purchasing products from Ziba Medical Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
