Starting January 1, 2026, a $50 deposit will be required to reserve all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your visit.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Appointments adjusted more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time to a future visit, at the provider’s discretion.

Minors receiving skincare services must have parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment.

For safety and professionalism, Ziba Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is not an appropriate candidate for treatment or does not follow studio policies.
